What is the warranty?

Your HYPER Sonic X4 cartridge comes with a one-year warranty from the purchase date per dealer’s invoice, or two years from HYPER’s delivery to your dealer, whichever is earlier. The warranty covers faulty parts and workmanship at manufacture. It does not cover damaged or broken stylus and cantilever assembly due to improper installation, damage from improper use or application, neglect of User’s manual instructions, normal stylus wear, or unauthorized disassembly or modifications.

How long does the cartridge last?

If handled and installed correctly, your HYPER Sonic X4 cartridge’s stylus should last at least 1,500 hours. We recommend sending the cartridge to HYPER for inspection, maintenance, and realignment at this 1,500-hour point or every four years. This out-of-warranty service comes at a nominal charge. Your dealer can provide details on the cost and procedure. Warranty claims and service requests must go through your dealer and may require proof of purchase.

Where is the Hyper Cartridge sold?

The Hyper Cartridge is sold globally via an authorized distributor and a dealer network that are qualified in all things analog.

How much does the Hyper Cartridge Cost?

$18,000 US dollars and subject to change depending on global market conditions.

How long does it take to receive a cartridge from the time of order?

We aim to deliver within 10-14 days.

How do I know if I have the right tonearm?

The Hyper Sonic X4 will work on low, medium and high effective mass tone arms. Please fill out the contact us page and list your arm so we can be 100% sure on a perfect match.

What if I damage my cartridge?

Accidents happen. We can help restore your cartridge to it’s original configuration, at a reasonable fee.
